The award winning Broadway production of Wicked is back in Las Vegas for a limited time. It is the story of what happens in the Land of Oz before the arrival of Dorothy. The focus is on the two witches of Oz, the the Wicked Witch of the West (Elphaba) and Glinda the Good. It’s a beautifully told story that is a must see if you have the time. Performances begin October 8th and run through November 9th at Reynolds Hall at the Smith Center. Tickets are on sale right now and they will likely sell out so you may want to go ahead and reserve your seats as soon as possible.

Of course you can also purchase your Wicked tickets through the Smith Center. If you purchase your tickets online then be sure to check for promotional codes. You should notice a promotional code box at the top left of the ticket selection page. Just enter your coupon here and click go. You should then see your discount appear in the ticket price. These promo codes are sometimes given out by the casinos. There is also a lottery where they offer a limited number of $25 orchestra seats. If available there is a limit of 2 tickets per person and you must pay by cash. These tickets are hard to get but still worth the effort to try and get them. Just arrive 2 hours before the start of each performance.
